I wanted to dedicate this feature to a friend of mine from my old school in Lisbon who has made some substantial changes to his style - changes which demonstrate creativity and an artistic eye. Although I am usually not the biggest fan of digital art, I fell in love with his work. Here you have it hope you enjoy it as much as I do

Wow.

I cannot believe that I have been away for so long... Semester 1 of university was so surprisingly hectic!

I have such a small room that I can hardly fit all of my clothes in it... let alone an easel. And my room mate.. she has a lot of things too. So, unfortunately, i have not had much time to dedicate to art.

I did manage to make a few Christmas cards that I will hopefully submit soon.

Anyways, yesterday when coming back from a party... I picked up a frog.

It was on the road, trying to climb up onto a ledge. It must have fallen off or something. It reminded me a bit of the frog I painted

although much less colorful.


So it clicked: most random thing that happened to me that day had to become my feature

It has been about 2 months since my last journal post... Between IB exams, going to visit universities last minute, going on vacation and the senior trip, and visiting my parents new apartment in Madrid, ive been pretty busy! The good news: I got a place at St. Andrews University in Scotland to study International Relations! Also, my boyfriend got high enough grades to get a place at Sheffield university to study Medicine, so we won't be too far apart next year! The bad news: I have not had much time to check my Deviant art and update it
