Virgo

This is me... its a self portrait i had to do for art and finished yesterday at 2 am... there is a lot of symbolism behind my position and the title i chose. I my arms and head are in a position that demonstrates inner reflection and im holding my necklace to transmit the idea of prayr. moreover, im gazing off into the distance at nothing in particular. the title then directly relates to these because, being a virgo, i have the characteristic of being very introspective, thoughtful and a dreamer. i know a lot about astrology, since my mom has just finished a series of 24 paintings, two on each of the signs, and the more i find out about it, the more i believe that there must be some truth to it...
